Dr. Rosenthal is a native of Savannah, Georgia. Following graduation from Savannah Country Day School, Dr. Rosenthal attended the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1998, after earning his degree in dental medicine from The Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Rosenthal returned to Savannah to begin practicing dentistry.
Dr. Rosenthal enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in cosmetic and complex restorative treatments. In addition, Dr. Rosenthal also enjoys working with children and special needs patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as his two Australian Shepherds, Sophie and Chili. He is an avid golfer and fisherman and enjoys sitting on the porch with a good book.
Dr. Routhier is a native of Vidalia, Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree with high honor from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Routhier earned her dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia and graduated in the top ten of her class. She completed a general practice residency at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital and Dorn VA Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. During her residency, Dr. Routhier focused on placing and restoring implants, cosmetic crowns and veneers, and the medically compromised patient. Dr. Routhier went into private practice in Savannah in 2001. She has been very active in the dental community on the local, state, and national levels, serving as an officer of the Savannah Dental Society, past president of the Southeastern District Dental Society, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Dental Association, and a delegate to the American Dental Association. Dr. Routhier has been named an Honorable Fellow of the Georgia Dental Association, and a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy. She has also earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction which only 6% of practicing dentists in the US or Canada have achieved.
Patient focused dental care is Dr. Routhier’s mission in her practice. She believes that skill and compassion must be combined to provide optimal care for each and every one of her patients. When Dr. Routhier is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family– Bryant, Russell, Will, Rachel, Madison, and Lady, and also reading, gardening and cooking.
